On May 22, 2010, the list for the 2009 China Service Outsourcing was released in Rugao, Jiangsu. Top officials from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Jiangsu Provincial Economic and Infomatization Commission, Jiangsu Provincial Science & Technology Department, and local government attended the press conference.
