On December 3, 2009, the Dalian IT employment base of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation celebrated its grand opening. Under the authorization of the China Disabled Persons’ Federation, the EnSun call center is now the sole operating entity in Dalian base. Wicresoft attended the opening ceremony and signed a partnership agreement with EnSun to provide free consulting and technical advisory services for disabled IT professionals.
