On October 14, 2009, Mr. Zhou Li, the CEO of Wicresoft, received the “Outstanding Entrepreneur” award in the 2009 Software Innovation Forum of Shanghai. This event was jointly sponsored by the Shanghai Municipal Economic and Information Committee and the Shanghai Municipal Scientific Committee. The forum was organized by the Shanghai Municipal Software Association.
