From the very beginning, Wicresoft is dedicated to helping employees fully realize
their potential and boost career development under a challenging environment. The
company provides a wide range of training courses to lift employee productivity, foster
employee growth, and hone up management skills for selected talents.
In April 2005, Wicresoft launched Career Path Plan and overhauled compensation system.
In addition to competitive basic salary, the large part of compensation package
is performance adjusted. In October 2003, Wicresoft launched Flexible Work Hour
Plan, reporting higher levels of organizational commitment and job satisfaction.
- Workforce Diversity
Wicresoft has a well-diversified workforce, with the origin of employees spanning
from US, Japan, India to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The employee
base in the US and Japan grows fast as our business expansion is ongoing in the
two countries. The diverse workforce brings all kinds of experience and know-how
together for sharing and reshapes Wicresoft as an international player in the outsourcing
industry.
Wicresoft also builds gender diversity in the workplace and offers comprehensive

In addition to mandatory social insurance, Wicresoft provides supplemental medical
insurance (for employee and his/her children), supplemental benefit plan (company-funded

- Employee Award
Wicresoft establishes a variety of awards to honor key contributors in the company
and motivate/retain employees. Once a year, the President's Award and the Chairman's
Award are given to the best-performing departments. The innovations in every department

- Systematic Training
As a consistent commitment to employee career development and realization of staff
potential, Wicresoft builds a good learning environment for external training and
internal knowledge sharing. Our systematic training helps employees grow with the
company and supports team building and business development.
In addition to orientation training for new hires, Wicresoft provides a lot of on-the-job
training for incumbent employees. Based on job responsibilities and career path,
our training system has four different levels: all employees, low-level management
(team leaders, senior staff, and technical professionals), mid-level management
(department heads) and senior management (heads of product line and supporting departments).
As a framework of human resource development, Wicresoft offers tailor-made training
courses to build up talent reserve and help talented employees develop their personal
and organizational skills, knowledge, and abilities. In 2007, Wicresoft opened seminars
on project management and presentation skills for different levels of employees.
Wicresoft's training programs take many different forms: classroom workshop, e-learning,
mentoring, job rotation and so on. All training courses incorporate Wicresoft's
culture and philosophy and broadcast the DNA of "Quality, Integrity, Reliability".
Wicresoft will continue developing more sophisticated training programs and offers
more training opportunities for all employees.
- Wicresoft Internship Program
As an internship base authorized by Shanghai Municipal Human Resources and Social
Security Bureau, Wicresoft has long built cooperation with universities and professional
education institutes in China. So far we have reached training, internship and recruitment
agreements with software schools of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Tongji University,
East China Normal University, Shandong University, Northeast University and Hohai
University.
The Wicresoft Internship Programs provides technically sophisticated undergraduates
the opportunity to apply their scientific and technical expertise in a commercial
environment. Every year interns join Wicresoft to work on real projects under guidance,
and the hands-on internship experience greatly helps participating students get
job offers from Wicresoft and other employers.
Before interns come on board, Human Resources Department will talk with functional
department heads to designate an employee as internship mentor. On the registration
day, Human Resources Department will hand out written corporate regulations (including
attendance policy, leave policy and monthly review policy), and the internship mentor
will conduct orientation training for interns in his/her own department.
Under Wicresoft's Intern Leveling Program, internship mentor talks with interns
to set up monthly target. At the end of every month, the mentor will perform monthly
review and set up target for next month, while the interns can ask for help to improve
performance. Through the interactions between mentor and interns, participating
students can learn more about new technologies and get full exposure to real projects
in the commercial environment.
